Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is 12.95 USD. Delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: For orders over 50 USD, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Process

3. Package the Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product offerings and the nature of certain items, the following products are non-returnable:

• Benzin- & multibrændere: Due to safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned once purchased.
• Indertelte: Tents and similar items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
